🧾 What the $20 Covers

When we approve a warranty claim (whether it’s for a manufacturer defect or lens issue under our Saltwater Promise), the product itself is free. But we do charge a flat $20 fee to help cover:

  • Shipping (from our warehouse to your doorstep)

  • Processing & handling (picking, packing, and prepping your order)

  • Customer support & claim evaluation

  • Sustainable packaging and materials

We keep this fee as low as possible—we don’t profit from warranty claims. In fact, it costs us more than this fee to replace a warranty! We just want to keep the process smooth and fair for everyone.
