Processing Time: Orders placed by 2PM ET typically ship same or next business day
- Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends, so Saturday & Sunday orders will ship out on the next business day (Monday).
You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We ship internationally to most countries! Shipping time varies by destination, but typically ranges from 7–21 business days.
Customs, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Rheos.

Yes! We want you to love your shades.
✅ You can return or exchange if:

It’s within 30 days of delivery

Your sunglasses are unused and in original condition

You still have the original case and packaging
❌ We can’t accept returns if:

Your sunglasses show signs of wear or damage

The return is initiated after 30 days

It’s a final-sale or clearance item (we’ll note this clearly at purchase)
